Lindsey was amazing to work with. At my daughter’s consultation she explained how myofunctional therapy works and how it could benefit my daughter. She helped her through the entire process—checking in, making adjustments as needed, and being genuinely interested in my daughter’s well-being and progress. She checked in when my daughter had a tongue-tie release procedure, going the extra mile. My daughter now has better posture, more restful sleep, good nasal breathing, and her tongue thrust problem is gone! The proof is in the before and after photos she provided as well! We would recommend anyone considering myofunctional therapy to talk with Lindsey!

Working with Lindsey has been such a blessing and answer to prayer! Lindsey is genuinely kind and caring, very professional and knowledgeable and easy to work with in every way. Lindsey walked my now 12 year old daughter through over a year of myofunctional therapy, as well as guiding us through palate expansion and a tongue and lip tie release. The improvement we have seen in her breathing, sleep, eating, posture and overall ability to focus and rest has been such a gift. Would highly recommend Lindsey to anyone.

Does my child need OMT?
If any of these issues concern you, your child may benefit from myofunctional therapy:
» Does your child have difficulty pronouncing specific sounds even after speech therapy?
» Can you see your child’s tongue push forward while swallowing?
» Is your child a messy or picky eater?
» Do you see your child’s tongue stick out between the front teeth at rest? Are their lips apart and jaw hinged open while watching TV or reading a book?
» Does your child’s tongue seem ‘tied’ to the floor of the mouth?
» Does your child breathe through their mouth?
» Does your child snore at night or sound congested?
» Does your child have a forward head posture with rounded shoulders (slouching)?
